08 Jul OUR 6 MONTH LADY WAS IN A PROLONGED STATE OF SLEEP REGRESSION
All I can say is thank you to Lisa and her incredible talents. My family and I will be eternally indebted to Lisa for helping our household get back to the land of slumber and for teaching us all about baby sleeping patterns in the process.
We had hit the wall and our little 6 month lady was in a prolonged state of sleep regression. The constant interrupted sleep called for help. Lisa listened carefully and made sensitive and careful judgment about steps to make, taking mine and the baby’s tolerances into account with any piece of advice. She helped us remotely (with us being in Singapore and her in Melbourne) and there was not a moment that I felt the distance. She made herself available and regularly checked in on us. Lisa was amazing support. I have no idea where this wonderful woman finds the time but I am so grateful to her for her generosity. Lisa provided step-by-step instruction and her advice was spot-on and our baby responded immediately. I found it easy to continue following the changes as we saw improvement on the first day.
Lisa’s tips on the baby’s sleep environment, and looking for cues for tiredness has meant that we have been able to get our ‘baby barnacle’ to self-settle in bed. Our little girl actually has a look of relief when we pop her in her sleeping bag and into a cot. I imagine she is saying “ahh, thank you, you heard me”. It is a wonderful feeling.
Lisa has turned our world around and not only given the baby and I the gift of sleep but a whole lot of understanding into reading the baby and that has helped us in getting to know this cute little bundle that much better.
