23 Aug REACHING FOR THE STARS
Meet Little Miss H.
6 days ago, she was being breastfed to sleep, co-sleeping with mum overnight and waking multiple times overnight, with mum breastfeeding back to sleep. When mum did pop her in her cot (after she had fallen asleep on the breast, she would wake within the hour and refuse to go back to sleep)
The night before I visited (last Friday) mum actually spent two hours with her in the middle of the night, playing in the lounge room because this little bubba just wouldn’t sleep.
Mum had been going with a “whatever works” scenario since Miss H was 4 months old (her sleep went haywire at that point) but here’s the thing…
IT WASN’T WORKING ANYMORE!
Mum wanted a gentle plan to help Miss H sleep in her own bed and honestly, they’ve nailed it!!! ❤️❤️
The exciting news is… Little Miss H celebrated two milestones today…
1. HER FIRST BIRTHDAY ???
2. HER VERY FIRST FULL NIGHT OF SLEEP 6.15pm to 6.15am
What a beautiful gift for mum and dad… And Miss H… And all in just 6 days since we started working together.. Amazeballs!
We are still working on naps and obviously on making sleep throughs a the norm, but super excited at the progress already.
